Who We're Looking For
Modular Homebuilders
We build net-zero homes to BER A1 / Passivhaus specification using precision-engineered modular timber frame construction. We're looking for manufacturers who share our commitment to quality, sustainability, and Irish supply chains.
What we need: Factory-built timber frame systems, CLT or engineered timber solutions, pre-finished modular panels. Partners who can deliver at pilot scale (5 units) and grow with us to 30+ units per development.
General Contractors & Finishing Trades
Every NWC home requires skilled finishing: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, tiling, and site works. We value long-term relationships over one-off contracts, and we pay fairly.
What we need: Experienced finishing trades willing to work to Passivhaus-standard detailing. Contractors comfortable with modular construction methods and airtightness requirements.
Renewable Energy Providers
Our homes integrate solar PV, battery storage, heat pumps, MVHR, and EV charging infrastructure. We need equipment suppliers and service providers who can deliver, install, and maintain these systems at community scale.
What we need: Solar PV and battery systems (6kWp + 10kWh per home), heat pump supply and installation, MVHR systems, EV chargers, whole-house water treatment. Service agreements for ongoing maintenance under our Energy Infrastructure Fee model.
Foresters & Conservationists
The Woodland Bank is the heart of everything we do. We need ecological expertise for site assessment, planting design, species selection, biodiversity monitoring, and long-term woodland management.
What we need: Ecologists for baseline surveys and ongoing monitoring. Forestry professionals experienced in native broadleaf establishment. Conservation practitioners who can help design woodland access that balances human use with ecological integrity.

Future: Export Licensing
As the 10:1 Model is proven in Ireland, we will package it as the NeighbourWood Operating System (N-OS) — 14 modules covering everything from site selection to environmental credit verification — for international licensing. England's mandatory Biodiversity Net Gain requirement creates immediate regulatory demand.
